1. What Forged Method Is
Forged Method is a text-based decision support service. You describe a real workplace situation; we send back a single directive response grounded in operational experience and biblical wisdom. We may also send occasional broadcast content via SMS.
Forged Method is not professional advice. It is not legal advice, HR guidance, medical or psychological counseling, financial advice, or a substitute for consultation with a licensed professional. No attorney-client, therapist-client, or advisory relationship is formed by using this service. Responses reflect one perspective on the situation as you described it — not a verified account of what happened, and not a guarantee of outcome.
If you are facing an emergency, a safety threat, a legal deadline, or a situation requiring immediate professional intervention, contact appropriate emergency services, an attorney, HR, or a licensed professional directly. Forged Method is not equipped to handle time-sensitive or high-stakes matters and should not be relied on for them.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use this service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the phone number you provide is your own.
3. Your Responsibility for Decisions
Any action you take is your decision alone. Forged Method offers a perspective based on limited information you choose to share; it does not know the full context of your situation, your workplace, or the people involved. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on any response you receive.
4. SMS Subscription Terms
By opting in, you agree to receive automated SMS messages, including responses to situations you send and occasional platform messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the message content you send us. By sending it, you grant Forged Method a license to process, store, and use that content — including in de-identified, aggregated form — to deliver and improve the service. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, that violates another person's rights, or that you do not have the right to share.
6. Our Content
All Forged Method content — including framework names, response structures, and website copy — is our property and protected by copyright. You may share individual responses for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or build derivative products from Forged Method content without written permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the service for commercial resale or redistribution
Misrepresent Forged Method content as your own
Attempt to access systems or infrastructure associated with the platform
Use the service to submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or intended to harass or harm another person
Use the service in any way that violates applicable law
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Forged Method is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any response for your particular situation. Biblical and operational frameworks are offered as guidance for judgment, not guarantees of outcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forged Method and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service — including damages arising from decisions or actions you take based on a response. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50 if you have paid nothing.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Forged Method harmless from any claim or demand — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that violates the rights of another person.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Active subscribers will be notified via SMS before material changes take effect. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
