Those moments shape careers far more than job descriptions do. Yet almost no one is taught how to navigate them.
After more than twenty-five years leading teams and helping organizations navigate uncertainty, I began teaching at the university level. I saw students learning theories, models, and leadership principles, but not what to do when a difficult workplace decision lands on their desk at 2:00 on a Wednesday.
That's why I built Forged Method.
